Perfect location minutes away from attractions we wanted to visit - historic sites and a fortress. The hotel was minutes away from the heart of Khiva.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were very impolite.

Breakfast was typical for Uzbekistan, though I would have preferred more freshness. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom could have been cleaner.

As foreign tourists, we loved the traditional breakfast served on low tables with cushions. The location was perfect, right across from the Ark of Khiva. The staff, especially Kamil, were incredibly kind and helpful, even arranging transportation for us. The room decor was amazing, making us feel like we were in a movie. The guest house had a terrace with a beautiful sunset view.

The homemade breakfast, particularly the "chebureks," was delicious.
